walking's for camels

well yesterday was a really long day. as usual... pulled myself outta bed in e morning feeling like a brain dead zombie. got fed up with wearing formal attire already after 2 straight days of wearing leather shoes, i dun see wads e big deal about me ahving to dress 'appropriately' at all. firstly, i'm just a damn coffee boy... wtf would anyone in e office want me to come dressed to e nines when all i have to do is brew e chinese tea and e coffee? even e odd job guys in 6 star hotels wear attires suited to their jobs. managers wear their blazers while chefs wear their aprons. secondly and more importantly... there aren't any cute gals around at all. y would anyone wanna dress up for a bunch of guys? argh. needless to say, i found my reasoning to be perfectly sound and promptly pulled on a pair of jeans instead.
yesterday had to be one of e slackest day ever.. i think e amount of actual work i did totalled up to about 15 minutes worth, while e rest of e day was spent surfing e net and listening to mp3s. anyway, i went down to china town for dinner after work with some of e nsfs in mha.. its amazing how much e place has changed since e last time i was there which was about 8 years ago i think. its not so much about e architechture which has largely remained e same... but rather its e fact that you have such a large no. of tourists and singaporeans walking e streets that you get e feeling that you are at boat quey instead. settled for claypot rice for dinner.. it was supposed to be very good la.. but somehow i juz cant tell e difference btw good claypot rice from bad claypot rice. they taste e same to me. i mean... how different can they taste anyway? its still using a stupid cyramic bowl to cool e rice in.
walked around china town with e guys after tt. gave in to temptation once again as i bought a bloody pack of chestnuts when i juz ate dinner 10 minutes ago. i wasn't even hungry at that time lor. anyway my retarded collegues walked all e way to boat quey... den to city hall mrt and then to e esplanade. i really cannot understand how anyone can walk sooo damn far la. those guys must have been camels in their previous lifes. i was so ready to collapse after that topo. anyway.. i treked all e way back to e starbucks at raffles city to meet jiaxuan. started whinning about my day but ended up starting a spastic and rather irritating arguement about nti and lampe berger which left us feeling abit agitated. heh. yeap anyway by e time i got home it was already around 12.15. ii ended up chatting on e net for around an hour or so b4 falling in a heap on my bed. i was so damn tired tt i couldn't even wake up to watch e match la. i realli think czech has a good chance of winning e competition.
